Naomi’s House is currently looking to fill several roles with people who are committed to making a difference in the lives of Survivors, who love God and have a vibrant personal relationship with Him, and are passionate about loving His people. Both our Rise program, day programming in Wheaton, and our drop-in services in Chicago have roles to fill.

Program Manager of Reset, in Chicago

The Program Manager (PM) of Reset is the primary oversight for the implementation of the Reset program. The PM is responsible for working with community partner agencies to establish a presence for Naomi’s House in the Chicago area and collaborates with partners seeking to identify survivors in their services. The PM is available to maintain the marketing of services to the community, ensuring a steady referral base and volunteer initiatives. The PM is responsible for overseeing clinical services provided at Reset Chicago and assigns clients to appropriate staff and/or interns based on the client’s application and care plan.

The PM is responsible for tracking the intake of participants enrolled in services and keeping ongoing and secure records of client folders. The PM provides ongoing assessments to current and future clients to identify trends and calculatable change. The PM is innovative, adaptable and exhibits strong relational and communication skills, and is prepared to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of providers.

This position is full-time and consists of daytime shifts. While allowing for flexibility in hours, the PM should expect to be available Monday – Friday during the day and occasionally on weekends and holidays. 

Program Advocate of Reset, in Chicago

The Program Advocate (PA) is responsible for all case management services and individualized care planning for participants within Naomi’s House’s Reset in Chicago Program.  The PA seeks to support participants holistically in all areas of the program including but not limited to their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. The PA should exhibit strong administrative and communication skills. This position is full-time. The PA will hold drop-in hours for NH Reset in Chicago and is responsible for working with community partner agencies to establish a presence for Naomi’s House in the Chicago area. This is a full-time salaried position that does not include overtime or time and a half, hours are expected M-F with occasional weekends and holidays.

Clinical Program Advocate of Rise

The Clinical Program Advocate (Clinical PA) of Rise is a lead clinician for participant services and programming in the Rise Therapeutic program. The Clinical PA is responsible for holding a caseload of participant program oversight in collaboration with the Clinical Program Manager and Rise Care team for participants enrolled in the Naomi’s House Rise Outpatient Program and the Independent Living program. The Clinical PA collaborates with the care teams across various NH programs in multi-disciplinary meetings as needed for clients enrolled in Rise services.

The Clinical PA may assist in leading therapeutic, educational, and life skills groups within Rise Day Program. The Clinical PA may hold a caseload of individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. The Clinical PA should exhibit strong relational and communication skills and be prepared to work collaboratively with other Naomi’s House staff and community partners. This position is full-time and will mainly consist of daytime shifts with some flexibility.
